Who is my coach? Will it be Sue Marguerite or someone else?
Unless otherwise noted, all coaching lessons are with Sue Marguerite.
My bundle includes coaching. How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing a coaching bundle or a course bundle that includes coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.
Usually, this will be via our calendly calendar system, but if that does not appear or does not appear to be working, please look for an email from us with details for arranging your coaching times.
Do coaching lessons expire?
Each coaching lesson should be completed within 2 weeks.
This means that if you purchase 1 coaching lesson, your lesson must be scheduled and completed within the next 2 weeks. Likewise, if you purchase a 4-lesson coaching bundle, you have 8 weeks to complete all 4 lessons. If you purchase an 8-lesson bundle, you have 16 weeks to complete all 8 lessons.
If for any reason you are unable to complete your lessons within the specified time, please reach out and we will see if an extension can be arranged.
*Please note it is up to you to reach out if you are unable to complete all lessons within the stated time frame. We will do our best to keep in touch and inform you of your lesson expiry dates, but it is ultimately your responsibility to make sure lessons are scheduled.
Are coaching lessons eligible for a refund?
If you are unsatisfied with your bundle, reach out to us to see if your purchase is eligible for a refund.
